Equipment

  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Mixing Bowls
  • Spatula
  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 5 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 3 cups popcorn
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 1 ½ cups roasted peanuts
  • 1 ½ cups holiday M&Ms red and green
  • 12 oz white melting wafers or white chocolate chips
  • Holiday sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add combine Chex cereal, popcorn, pretzels, and peanuts. Gently toss to combine.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate for 20–30 second intervals, stirring after each until smooth and fully melted.
  • Pour the melted white chocolate over the cereal mixture. Use a spatula to gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
  • Quickly stir in the M&Ms and holiday sprinkles before the chocolate begins to set.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Spread the mixture evenly and let it cool until the chocolate hardens, about 30–40 minutes.
  • Once set, break into chunks and store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.

Notes

  • Work quickly after adding the melted chocolate because white chocolate sets fast.
  • Use parchment or wax paper to avoid sticking.
  • Break into large clusters for that classic Christmas Crunch look.
  • Mix gently so the cereal, pretzels and popcorn don’t break.
  • If making a double batch, melt chocolate in separate bowls to avoid clumping.
